For almost 60 years, NOW has fought for women’s rights including access to abortion and reproductive healthcare, economic justice, ending violence against women, LGBTQIA+ righs, constitutional equality, racial justice, and so much more.
NOW has hundreds of chapters and hundreds of thousands of members and activists in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Our purpose is to take action through grassroots activisim to promote feminist ideals, lead societal change, eliminate discrimination, and achieve and protect equal rights of all feminists in all aspects of social, political, and economic life.

Membership dues are not tax-deductible and NOW membership is only for individuals.
Standard IL Dues are $40 per year.
