We are thrilled to have Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley joining us at the event as our special guest! Congresswoman Pressley has been a tireless and effective advocate for gender equity and choice – blasting back against misogynistic, racist, and classist legislation created to diminish our choice, power, and voice. As the Chair of the Pro-Choice Caucus, she has spearheaded bold legislation to protect the right to bodily autonomy.
As you know, last June marked a dark moment in our history when the Dobbs decision transformed our world. The depth and wreckage of the decision’s impact is still unraveling across the country. Almost a year has passed, and while this moment is solemn, it is also an opportunity to engage the next generation and remind ourselves that our fight is not over – our right to choice is not guaranteed.
